Did you know that Cowichan Collaborative Health is participating in a primary care access project?
We’re excited to announce we’ve been invited to join Health Excellence Canada‘s Primary Care Access Improvement project from September 2025 to February 2027. We are one of 24 teams that will work to create efficiencies and optimize team functioning, so patients can receive timely and appropriate care from providers while ensuring continuity.
As part of this offering, teams like ours will be supported through seed funding, expert coaching, tools and resources and virtual and in-person learning and networking.
